Job Description
Our client is looking for a freelance expert in SAP HR-PY (French Payroll) to work on a transition project to SuccessFactors ECP. This role is mainly REMOTE with some days expected onsite near Paris
The requirement is very operational, so the consultant needs to be able to look at the details of payroll processing and to understand the day-to-day payroll rules. The need is more for access to the technique of the payroll rules than to the processes. It is important to redefine:
- The bases for processing a payslip, declarations, charges (detailed functional design)
- The payroll rules to be implemented
- The reporting requirements
- The links with the time management tool (Horoquartz)
- The functionalities required in the tool
- Start-up during the year has an impact on the declaration
The client’s concern is to move directly to the transition phase of the processes and data in the tool, without having laid down the rules, before to be able to translate them properly into the new SAP and carry out tests on the basis of rules that have been well defined before. The ideal candidate would have strong French Payroll experience and also have worked on 1-2 SF EC projects.
Start date - Immediate
Duration - until May 2021 + possible extensions
Location – Full-time role, with mostly remote and some days expected on-site with client based near Paris
Languages – French and English
