Duration: 4 Months+

Responsibilities / Tasks

Our client recently established an Information Security KPI strategy and underlying ISO KPI framework to measure the performance and/or the effectiveness of its Security Controls (ISO27001 clauses and Annex A applicable controls). You are tasked with the refining and implementation of the designed processes and the roll-out of the KPI strategy. Your responsibilities include:

Review the suitability and the aggregation of the KPI measurements defined to provide meaningful information on the extent of achieving the GO Security objectives.

Ensure systematic repeatability of the KPI measurements and Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle is taken into account

Establish the limit to the number of measurements to be reported (only global KPIs that trigger management decisions should be maintained)

Validate the KPI measurements during a committee and communicate to all relevant stakeholders.

Roll out the KPI measurement process and associated reporting.

Create dashboards on KPI reporting

Main Deliverables : Reviewed ISO KPI framework (KPI description document). Enhanced KPI consolidation file including graphs and charts for Reporting purposes. New dashboard for global KPI reporting (PowerPoint based on KPI consolidation file.

Skills and Profile

Qualification / General Profile

Skill requirements:

5+ years experience in cybersecurity

Experience with KPI design et dashboard creation

Strong knowledge of ISO27001 compliance

Experience in project Management

Fluent english, French would be a strong plus
