We currently develop GPS navigation system software for mobile phone target (our current hardware target is Nokia N95). This application is develop according to the J2ME recommendations, specially jsr226. Main functions are to provide end-user with GPS location, provide geographical and postal address resolution, route computation, navigation and guidance along route, map consultation, etc... Among all these functionalities we’d like to add the management of an address book in the application and offer the capability to consult it, add/modify/remove contact, navigate towards a contact, trigger a phone call to a contact. The goal of the project is to developp and deliver this software.
