Are you an experienced Business Analyst with an interest in the development of Hybrid ways of working?
We need you to join a global IT organisation that is in the process of restructuring its working technologies and processes to meet the challenges of 2021 and beyond.
The role is to work closely with the users of a Workspace booking tool to ensure it is fit for purpose and effectively utilised.
This entails working closely with users and service providers to identify and understand issues and create solutions.
The role will be primarily on sites around Sophia Antipolis, but the solution will be rolled out globally.
User interviews / group discussion material and related outcome documentation
User Acceptance Testing Reporting
Functional support on application during testing phases and global rollout
Incident monitoring report
Meeting minutes, Action logs
Requirement analysis documentation
Service management related documentation

Business Analyst with over 5 years’ experience capturing user needs
Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills, empathy
Good familiarity with O365 solution portfolio (Teams, SharePoint, Yammer, Forms, Lists)
Good presentation and report/documentation/technical writing skills.
Experienced in monitoring UATs
Change Management
Awareness on Agility & scaling Agile (SAFe) methodology
Fluency in French and English a MUST
