Description

The Agile center of excellence support a large and interdependent development team, with the goal of increasing the maturity of agile practices.

We are seeking an experienced SAFe Coach with a focus on Product Owner and Product Manager skills, to enhance the team.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Develop and deliver SAFe and Agile coaching to multiple teams

Develop Agile Adoption/Transformation strategy and facilitate its implementation

Adopt and implement SAFe across multiple business units

Support, advise and assist team members, including top management

Support and increase agile maturity through transversal initiatives across geographies

Mentors and guides multiple teams on a day-to-day basis

Skills and Profile

Qualification / General Profile

Agile Coach with expert knowledge in Product Management and Product Ownership

SAFe SPC and/or proven experience in supporting a SAFe implementation

Experience using Jira as an Agile Lifecycle Management tool - MUST

Experience in a large complex and international environment

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Fluent in English

French conversation preferred
