Mission :
Act as the technical point of reference for the Digital Brand Teams :
Understand, analyse, challenge and deliver on various business requests
Apply technical expertise and provide recommendations to the business to transform needs into operational requirements
Ensure adherence to company policy and requirements (architecture, security, compliance and data privacy)
Communicate IS&T and digital guidelines and best practices
Assist in troubleshooting and resolution of issues in coordination with all stakeholders
Write guidelines and best practices for centralized processes and platforms
Develop new tools as necessary that can be leveraged for use across entities
Collaborate & coordinate with internal and external stakeholders :
Accompany digital marketing teams on their requests and projects in coordination with IS&T, technical partners and digital agencies
Collaborate with local IT to define priorities and key dates
Assure timely and concise communication to respond to varying requests and ensure followup and completion on all items
Coordinate with IS&T support, training & transition teams to ensure a smooth shift from project to post-go-live oversee quality of documentation, ensure creation of training materials and support, update the application documentation/mapping, support user onboarding
Manage planning :
Manage planning to ensure requests are fulfilled and completed define next steps and planning, organize and coordinate meetings, report on progress
Risk management - identify and mitigate risks
Reporting, communication & documentation create Jira ticket when necessary for the request/project to identify key stakeholders, secure resources as needed, set milestones and document progress, file and organize all project documents
Contribute to preparation of Business Reviews KPIs tracking
Must have
Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience with implementing technology projects for marketing & communications solutions, notably website and mobile app development
Knowledge and understanding of the following:
Drupal, Wordpress technical and functional expertise
Website infrastructure hosting, DNS, CDN, CI/CD
JS framework
Headless architecture
API integration
Experience with implementation and use of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio
Relationship and client-oriented with excellent listening and communication skills. Able to engage both business and IT teams
Autonomous and proactive, hands-on / test-and-learn mentality, entrepreneurial and innovation-oriented
Proven time management skills and action-oriented approach to drive initiatives forward
Understanding of IT terminology, tools, processes and fundamental principles
Bilingual - a fluent level of English and French is required written & oral
Valuable to have
Knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy regulation
Cookies management experience
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD
Understanding of website performance and cybersecurity
Website development skills (LAMP project)
Experience in CPG industry (ideally beverages) or luxury industry is a plus
Additional language skills - Spanish
