Hello,
We are looking for an SAP Project Manager to assist our Customer in the Insurance Industry,
Main tasks:
o Coordinate the implementation of a new solution and organisational changes with
different business departments and project leads.
o Focus will be on aligning with the Underwriting and Account Management
department with different departments and Customer entities,
o Facilitate sessions on current way of working (As-Is) together with
Business Analysts and business. Output will be documentation of the current
processes.
o Organise workshops/demo of current tools and possibilities to help business
understand what currently exists.
o Monitor requirement gathering activities and ensure documentation is provided by
technical teams and approved by business.
o Facilitate sessions on alignment of processes and procedures, organisation and
roles.
o Follow development and all testing phases closely.
o Report to, coordinate and align with internal SAP4I SR Project Manager on
timelines, budget, resources, risks and issues.
o Plan and facilitate Knowledge Transfer to Outsourcing partner.
o Coordinate communication and training with Change Manager.
o Plan and manage Go-Live activities (cut-over, hypercare, etc.)
o Manage external resources and vendors to support project schedules.
o Produce and maintain accurate project schedules.
o Manage complete project financial cycle.
o Track and report project finances.
o Prepare monthly progress reports.
o Maintain document control systems (Change Requests)
o Ensure Data Migration and Data Cleansing is taken into consideration,
coordinated and managed.
o Ensure Customer standards (development, testing, etc.) are adhered to.
o Coordinate with the different Project Managers to align Go live planning and
manage risks and dependencies.
o If capacity allows, take on additional work within the overall SAP4I SR project.
Requirements:
o Team player with straight forward and hands-on mentality.
o Good communication and motivation skills.
o Cultural awareness and knowledge working across different teams, cultures and
nationalities.
o Project and change management proven knowledge in an international
environment.
o Fluent in English with good working knowledge of Dutch/French is an asset.
o SAP4I integration or rollout experience is considered an advantage.
o Salesforce Integration experience is considered an advantage.
o Certification in Prince 2, PMBok or other PM methodology is an advantage.
o Agile Methodology and project setup an advantage.
o Experience in the Insurance sector/Finance sector preferred.
o Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in commerce, engineering, information
technologies, or MBA an asset.
o 3-5 years of SAP implementation, managing implementations an advantage.
o Good understanding of business processes, technology landscape, new
technologies and industry standards.
o 5-8 years’ experience, compensation matching experience and track record.
Duration: September 2024 - December 2025. Extension possible beyond 2025 based
on project needs.
Miscellaneous:
o Hybrid work (2 days a week office, 3 days a week telework
Start: ASAP.
Duration: 16 Months with extensions.
Location: 60% Remote.
Languages: English, French or Dutch is a bonus.
