Mission:

 

In order to grow our product portfolio, we are seeking for a full time and long term senior NodeJS Test Engineer full stack developer to join our team based in France.

You will play a key role in our market-disrupting mission to implement our cloud service, which offers a market place for security solutions and product certification.

In this QA/Test Engineer role you will report directly to the Head of Engineering and will work as part of a cross-functional full stack and agile team where collaboration is the culture. You'll take ownership of coordinating quality and testing across their products, including writing test plan, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, as well as encouraging and facilitating improvements to processes wherever you see fit.

As a QA/Test Engineer you'll also be a contributor to roadmaps, empowering technology and product teams to continue to deliver the high-quality products the company has built their reputation from. They predominantly use TypeScript / NodeJS / ReactJS, and their developers typically deploy their own code to the AWS services.

Preferred Experience

You have a Bachelor’s degree in software engineering (Master degree preferred)

You have strong experience in Cloud Software development projects

You have previous experience as a QA in a fast-paced environment using test automation ideally in Cloud environments

You are proficient in several of the following technologies: NodeJS Typescript, JavaScript, SPA and PWA, React.JS, HTML/CSS, responsive apps, SQL, MySQL, Postgres, ORMs (Sequelize), Git, Heroku, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS S3/SES/SNS/..., PSP: Stripe/..., Agile, JIRA, Jest

You have prior experience automating the testing of high-traffic, low response time APIs

You have good working knowledge of automating end-to-end integration testing

You have basic knowledge in cybersecurity concepts and market

In addition you should:

Be structured and pay attention to details

Be fluent in either French or English and speak/write in the other language

Be agile and proactive: report daily on what has been done, what are the current challenges and what will be done the next day
