Hello,

My customer is currently looking for a French speaking SAP SuccessFactors EC Lead. The consultant will work remote but ideally an agreement to be onsite in Paris on certain days of the week and for longer duration based on project requirements.

Responsibilities:

•             Design of Employee Central, Configuration of the Solution and Troubleshooting

•             Recommend best practices and processes, define business problems and translate into system solutions including analysis of alternatives

•             Act as trusted advisor to customer project manager, program director and department heads

•             Work in a global delivery environment with onsite, offshore and nearshore set up

Skills:

•             Employee Central Certification

•             Certification in other SFSF modules is good to have

•             Functional Integration skills (with SAP S4, ECC or third party solutions)

Start: ASAP 

Duration: 6 months plus extensions 

Location: Remote and Paris, France 

Languages: French

Rate: To be agreed
