¨ Taking part in the development, implementation, documentation and design of Amdocs CRM, customized for Telecommunication companies. This CRM product is a set of software modules which allows Telco customer facing agents to record various types of interactions and to create appropriate entities for encapsulating the business logic surrounding a Telco contract with the customer.

¨ Development, integration with the billing engine, bug fixing, code improvement, performance improvement, writing high level and detailed level design, produced classes and use case diagrams to support the design documents, unit testing, sub system testing, on site UAT and production support. My tasks were in all the product’s lifecycle events. The design stage included data and classes modeling and also low level design. The development of the new functionalities involved programming the client and server sides (JSP pages with HTML controls and custom controls, XML files for data mapping, XML chunks for the binding framework, creating all types of beans and utility classes) by using the Clarify CRM 13 framework, integrating with external systems, using the billing engine’s APIs.

¨ Worked in five business management/financial 3 tiers applications among which three were stand alone projects. The applications supported the management of a variety of businesses ranging from HR to auto parks. I was involved in designing, implementing, supporting and documenting these applications.

¨  Developed a windows based application used for managing an Auto service. This was a standalone application and I developed all the modules: parts, prices, production line modules etc. My tasks were: design of the application, GUI design, business logic implementation, integration with Crystal, developing reports, designing and tuning the SQL DB. Technologies used: VC#.NET, Crystal Reports 10, MS SQL Server 2000 (Team of 1)

¨  Developed an HR management and business plan application that was used to register employees, cash-flow, income and other financial indicators. My tasks were: GUI design, business logic implementation, integration with Crystal, developing reports, implementing views, stored procedures, triggers, and functions in the DB. Technologies used: VB.NET, Crystal Reports 10, MS SQL Server 2000 (Team of 10)

¨  Developed a windows based application used for managing an Auto park. I worked mainly in the stock module. My tasks were: GUI design, business logic implementation, integration with Crystal, developing reports, implementing views, stored procedures and triggers in the DBs.  Technologies used: VC#.NET, Crystal Reports 10, MS SQL Server 2000, Oracle 10i, LLBL Generator (Team of four)

¨  Developed a windows based application used for generating reports. My tasks were: design of the application, GUI design, reports generation implementation. Technologies used: VC#.NET, MS SQL Server 2000 (Team of 1)

¨  Developed a windows based application which generated financial reports and graphs, calculated various financial indicators and correlation indices in n dimensions (each dimension was a different financial parameter). My tasks were: GUI design, business logic implementation, integration with Crystal, developing reports, implementing views, stored procedures and triggers in the DB, tuning the DB, designing a persistence mechanism for the HierCube structure.
