On top of this issue, the current report doesn’t permit an easy understanding of the key figures by Top Management.The objectives of the project are to propose a new reporting tool that will allow the calculation method of the Staff costs to be more efficient, giving the possibility to spread the different forecast figures per direction and making the lay-out more user friendly for novice users.
