Overall context of the mission One of the ITPA Team mandate is to build and deploy ServiceNow modules within the organization. Main drivers towards a successful deployment, as follows: • Aligning with Global IT strategy • Harmonizing the IT Process across all IT Functions/Regions to achieve a common “IT Way” of working • Adopt and Adapt best practices – ITIL standards, Process Governance etc • Leveraging the ServiceNow tool as a universal tool to drive the processes. As part of the 2017 Program of work, ITPA has recognized the need to reinforce the team with additional resources to cope with the demands so as to ensure the quality of deliverables are not compromised. The intent of this RFP is to seek for a consulting resource to be onsite so as to meet the reinforcement needs. Mission main components The content of the mission the selected bidders will be awarded is as follow: ♣ Main Duties o 70% of the effort to be focused on build deployments and 30% of effort required to support on RUN follow-ups, as assigned. Needs to be hands-on. o Work closely with ITPA Project managers on the project activities, project controls, project updates, testing, documentation, training and on time delivery within budget o Responsible for reviewing the functional requirements, in scoping and working with vendor in finalizing technical requirements o Interact and collaborate with Project stakeholders in actively contributing on workshops and forums, representing as subject matter expert in ServiceNow, providing solutions and best practices based on requirements o Manage the project activities progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on time delivery within budget o Working with the dependant project streams in the ServiceNOW delivery project to facilitate the migration into ServiceNOW. o As and when required, peform RUN support - basic adminstrations and working with vendor on change requests and enhancements Required competences The consultant should have the following skills: ♣ Minimum of 3 years being a Business Analyst/Solution Analyst and preferably involved in implementing the Service Now Platform ♣ Strong in ServiceNow product knowledge in terms of features and functionalities. ♣ Detailed understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Request. ♣ Comprehensive experience of implementing processes within the ServiceNow framework including implementation of ITIL processes, Catalogue, CMS front ends in an enterprise organization ♣ Experience of guiding users using best practice and ServiceNow implementation experience to get the best possible outcome ♣ Strong customer service and exemplary communication ability, both written and verbal. ♣ Ability to translate technical specifications into articulate business requirements and vice-versa. ♣ Excellent presentation skills. ♣ Thorough attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills. ♣ Knowledge of Service Management frameworks such as ITIL® a definitive plus. ♣ Travelling requirements will be minimal ♣ Demonstrated strong desire to learn and absorb new ideas ♣ Ability to create structure from an unstructured environment ♣ Exceptional organizational and planning skills ♣ Proven facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives ♣ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word ♣ Demonstrated project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects in a timely and effective manner Other requirements: ♣ Desirable • ITIL Foundation Certification preferred • Completed Service Now administrator training • Project Management experience • Familiarity with “Customer”, Quality Standards, and Best Practices • Familiarity with Agile Development and SCRUM methodology • Working knowledge of Service Delivery Operations Duration The mission should start in 1st May 2017, for duration of eight (8) months (renewable at “Customer” entire discretion). Location The mission will take place at “Customer” Services SAS offices, located on Cité Internationale – Lyon, France. *
