il s'agit de concevoir un site  un  blog et une eplaquette ansi q'un document servant à repondre a des appels d'offre pour une jeune société de sécurité gardiennage maître chien securité incendie video surveillance intelligente audit conseil

Création site flash php mysql ou autre intro possibilité de pouvoir telecharger un dossier apres s'être au préalable enregistré donc je suppose prévoir petite sgbd

enfin cette société répondant à de nombreuses appels d'offres marchés public elle a besoin de créer un documentation spécifique pour valoriser son dossier
