Je recherche un prestataire pour créer un site comparable à http://www.mrpicassohead.com/

Pour répondre à votre question quant au cahier des charges, le projet est similaire à l'url indiquée, seul les graphiques (visuels) changent. Avec toutefois une variante par rapport au choix du fond (création d'un panel de neuf fonds) que l'utilisateur choisira.

Pour le budget j'attends des devis n'ayant pas d'idée précise quant à la charge de travail
