Experienced developer analyst

Role:

Provide support to applications in the following domains:
PROVISIONING AND ORDERING OF E-MAIL ADDRESSES, PROVISIONING OF XDSL PRODUCTS (LOGIN & PASSWORDS),
ORDERING OF XDSL OPTIONS VIA INTERNET APPLICATION
Your role will be to supervise the operational tasks (Like batches and monitoring) and to solve technical issues.
Also you will analyse and develop solutions for issues in second hotline (follow up via ticketing service)
You will be working in a team with end to end responsibility for the improvement of these applications (HELP THE BUSINESS ANALYST TO DEFINE THE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS WITH THE INTERNAL CUSTOMERS DURING WORKSHOPS, CONTACT WITH BUSINESS, TECHNICAL ANALYSIS, DEVELOPMENT, DEFINE AND PERFORM UNIT TESTS, ...).
- As the domain in witch you will work is in perpetual move, you will be proactive, have a dynamic profile and have a good capacity of accommodation in term of schedule.

Technical Skills:
- Development: 5+ years
- Very good knowledge of  COLDFUSION (+one of the following development experience is a plus: php or .Net)
- Unix and windows processes (linux is a plus)
- Experience in source control (eg clear case; other tools used?..)
- You are used to work with applications integrated in a complex architecture (SOA, respect of SLA, .)
- Good knowledge or Oracle and PL/SQL

Languages: Fluent English, Dutch/French

Personnality:
We are looking for a person that can think proactive and can work autonomous. He should be a team player and he will be asked to react flexible.
You have an analytical mind and you can work independent.
Good communication and respect of processes is a plus
