Je recherche un Senior project manager en Human Capital Management.Ci-dessous quelques points pour cadrer la recherche :

des expériences significatives dimplémentation de SI RH (idéalement soit SAP, Oracle ou Workday), idéalement avec une solution SAAS.

un bagage IT minima :

des connaissances fonctionnelles dun outil RH (sans nécessairement être un expert de chaque module)

maîtriser le cycle de vie dun projet de mise en uvre dun outil
savoir piloter des problématiques dintégration entre plusieurs SI RH
savoir piloter un prestataire de service IT
travailler en binôme avec des équipes business

MAIN MISSION & CHALLENGES of the DEPARTMENT / TEAM / POSITION1 to 2 sentences to describe the main mission and challenges of the department/team/position along with the scope (international / regional / local community) and has to be linked with one of the 5 pillars of the Group strategy (people centric, brands builder, consumer obsessed, digitally minded, responsible beauty committed)  starting with a verbINTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSIndicate the main internal relations of this position :
- BPO, SME and Key users in her stream (central, sites and subsidiaries).
- Other IT BPs of other streams, Site and International IT, internal IT teams (admin/analytics/architecture/security)
Indicate the main external relations of this position :
- Functional consultants in her stream (application experts),
- Steering team (PMO, delivery lead)ROLE AND AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES- Mission 1 : Design functional solution for her stream with BPOs
- Work with BPOs to understand business requirements
- Advise BPOs through Business processes alternatives to promote standard features / simplicity
- Engage solution experts to design and build the solution, drive the work assigned to this team
- is responsible for the quality of the solution description- Mission 2 : Build and Roll Out
- Write or coordinate writing functional specifications for WRICEf developments
- Build or coordinate building of WRICEf items in her stream (with WRICEf Leads)
- Test or coordinate testing (unit and integration) of WRICEf items in her stream
- Participate and assist BPO in UAT
- Train and assist BPOs and SME with basic configuration and using the application
- Is responsible (with BPO) of the quality of the solution delivered- Mission 3 : Project management
- Organize and coordinate the work assigned to other teams (WRICE leads and teams, BPOS, solution experts, business consultants)
- Liaise with internal IT team (Infrastructure, security, methodology, Architecture, other IT BP)
- Supervise project progress in her stream, assess workload, plan & assign activities
- Report and manage risks, Communicate about decisions to make, decisions made
- Participate to steering committees & communicate about progress, ETC, risks
- Train BPOs /SMEs and support them through design, build and testing, methodology
- Support and communicate with stakeholders in her stream / line of businessCANDIDATE PROFILEEducation/Degree:

- Business or technical degree with mixed skills in IT and HCM processes
Background including total years of experience
- Experience in implementing HCM solution. Understand project lifecycle and typical RACI / Roles and responsibilities of the different actors
- Experience in process improvement, automation, implementation of innovative solutions, saas solutions
- Total years of experience : at least 10
- Understand Business language related to Business processes in her streamof
- Methodology (PMP, Prince 2, SCRUM)Languages:

- Fluent in French & EnglishSoft and Leadership Skills:
