Dear Contractors!

In order to manage efficiently important inputs and different sources of information (text documents, images and spreadsheets) to expand my activities, I'm planning to construct a database composed with files on artists activities and careers. These files will be updated in the long run.

These files will contain biographies, information on these artist's market, a list of publications etc., in short, all the datas that will help us appraise the career path of these artists. This database should support futher development over the time (the number of files registered should not be restrictive) and be accessible on extranet (due to frequent missions overseas). Security and data integrity are our primary concerns. A database with a similar architecure has been developed by cultural institutions. This database is particularly interesting as it offers easy use, information is easy to retrieve and search requests are executed quickly.
