I am currently looking for 2 x English speaking for an SAP MM PP consultant with Plan to Make process experience to work in 100% REMOTE and fulfil the following role;

Job Description

Our client is looking for 2 x SAP PP MM Consultants, 1 based in Europe and 1 based in the US with experience within the Plan to Make process. This is for a project starting 14 September with a consulting company and the end client within the BioPharma industry.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Client are doing a GAP analysis within the Plan to Make process throughout all their Global sites within the current live ECC 6 Systems. With acquisitions and a lot of change throughout the last

number of years each site is acting independently and not following the client execution handbook. Around 30 sites globally. They need two twin resources with experience in SAP PP/MM primarily and good knowledge with WM and QM integration. One based on EU time zone to cover all EU sites and some APAC sites and one resource to cover all the US sites. There are around 10-15 key users at each site that the consultants can use to investigate current requirements and processes. Consultants will also have to have strong analysis skills to investigate the current state of each system and which functionality is/isn’t configured correctly etc or which process are not being followed correctly by users. Some change management experience would be good here also.

SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

+10 years SAP PP/MM with WM/QM integration (Plan to Make process)

Pharma/Biopharma/Med Device experience in Regulatory environment

Experience with GAP Analysis within international project environments with multiple global sites.

CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Supply Chain Execution COE Lead in the SAP Execution Blueprint Assessment Phase of each site – by reviewing the site’s processes, SAP transactions, roles and responsibilities, process flows, KPIs, etc. – against the Blueprint Handbook Approved Document; who can help define the project, determine the gaps, define the solutions, train the people. They need to be experts in SAP from a plan to make standpoint. They need to be able to determine, per site, if the gaps are one of the following:

Process exists but people are not following it/ adhering to it

Configuration is missing so people can’t follow the process

Start: 14.09.2020

Duration: 4 Months + extensions

Utilisation: 60 – 90% utilisation

Location: 100% REMOTE – 2 consultants, 1 working EU time zone the other working US time zone
